It was a great start. Had an agent who was communicating constantly, would answer emails and phone calls on demand, was very impressed. Then I was transferred to an agent who wouldn't give me the time of day and unfortunately I was stuck with her until I went above her head to get someone else. Literally I was with this woman for a year and a half and she didn't know who I was or what I was talking about. Thankfully Brandi came along. We've had our ups and downs but she has done her very best. Only thing I would like to suggest to Wesley financial agents is please give at least monthly updates, even if its Hi xyz we are still waiting on xyz. I understand you have a lot of clients but a random update would be so much appreciated.
