It has been almost 2 years since I engaged Wesley Financial to dissolve our time share commitments. My experience has been a very disappointing here lately due to the length of time it has been and that I am getting any information from Wesley. I keep getting moved from one person to another and then I am lucky to get a one-line email every so often. I have pay right at $16000.00 dollars and still cannot get anyone to call or give me answer as to what is going on. It would really be nice to hear from someone. I get a letter from Diamond Timeshare and forward it to the person that is my contact and still I hear nothing back. If someone would contract me and tell what is happening I might be a little happier.
