Ashley Edwards was by far the most helpful, she went above and beyond answering all of our questions (even answering my emails during her vacation) and talking me off a ledge when things weren't moving as fast as we may have liked. She was always up beat and ready to help in anyway possible. She walked me through every step of the process and answered ALL of my questions no matter how many times I kept asking them! I felt like Ashley took the time to also get to know me and she was a delight to speak to.We had a wonderful experience with WFG and would recommend this company to anyone who is needing help getting out of a timeshare.
