We’ve been with Wesley financial group since February 2019. They promised to get us out of our timeshare and they haven’t almost three years later. We’ve have numerous representatives, horrible written letters needing to be sent to the timeshare from Wesley representatives and barely any communication. Nothing has changed except my credit score which is extremely lower now because the timeshare is reporting late payments every month. Very disappointed and I would like a full refund of my $5,000.
