I contacted Wesley Financial Group in March of 2021 to get rid of our timeshare with Plantation Resorts in Myrtle Beach. We went through the application process and was given a week to think about it. When we were called back I wanted to know the cost of it as I was doing some comparisons with other companies. I wanted to make an informed decision. The consultant was upset by that and wouldn't tell me how much it would cost but indicated they undoubtedly would be more than their competitors but that they have a high success rate. I said I would have to think about that and I later contacted them saying we decided to keep our timeshare. Later, I read some information that some timeshare resorts are willing to do deed backs, so I called Plantation and they agreed to do a deed back for a $995.00 legal fee. The process has been completed and I no longer own a timeshare. It took only 2 months. Why didn't Wesley Financial Group suggest that? I feel I almost got duped again.
