This was immensely important to me as I adopted a rescue German Shepherd (Lakota) she had been given this toy as one of the toys to come home from the shelter with and it is her FAVORITE. Not only were they able to sell me a backup Manny for Lakota everything about buying from them was wonderful, easy preserving prompt shipping, they even included doggy treats for her upon arrival. I can’t recommend these folks high enough. I wish I could give 10 stars!!
