Wessex Motors in Bristol, England has low, poor integrity : they are scared to resolve their poor integrity. DO NOT Buy from them because :1 - I went to buy a Fiat from them. Stuart, the Salesman, kept me in constant contact even though I was travelling by long distance train to get there. He knew I was coming and kept checking i was coming for that car.2 - But he thought he was clever that he would sell my booked carto another personand then, try to sell me a different car !3 - When I refused to buy the wrong car, his manager DOMINIC came out PRETENDING to want to speak with me " friendlILy" - BUT IT WAS A PSYCHOLOGICAL TRICKto falsely TRY TO MAKE correct CLIENTS FEEL GUILTY but it did NOT WORK ON ME - I learnt these sales techniques before I can see their LOW STANDARDS OF INTEGRITY + MANIPULATION of SHAMEFUL HYPOCRISY !4 - Their Sales Director too and Sales Manager , DOMINIC, refused to return my train tickets in a WASTED JOURNEY - I refused to buy their alternative car after they sold my booked car that they KNEW I WAS COMING TO BUY !Hypocritical: ON THEIR PHONE RECORDING, saying they are a Customer Focus Company or whatever , butHypocritical Sales People - IT IS NOT TRUE.5 - They said they would give me compensation ONLY if I bought another car from them - NO WAY !To get compensation for their greedy behaviour on me - I WON'T GIVE THEM A SALE ! NO DEAL ! IT's a BIG CON - i am NOT having it !They lose customers - when they knew they wasted my long distance train journey, and not being willing to pay compensation for DOMINIC'S LOW integrity ,then want me to BUY FROM THEM to get their OCMPENSATION - NO DEAL - WHAT A CON , trying to do that trick on me !I WON'T GIVE THE SALE ALL THE MORE.Their offer to give me compensation showed they knew they had low standards of business practice,Saying they are customer service is just SALES TALK To try to get a sale ! They can't FOOL me !
