Ordered 12 bell downlights and 12 stainless s bezels. Took 1 1/2 weeks to arrive and the wrong bezels. They are listed for the firestay range but seems not for the duo. So try to phone customer services and sales no chance you need to email. 4 days before they respond with the only suggestion to ring Bell. Here’s the number. You obviously don’t know what you are selling. In the 4 days I ordered the bezels elsewhere and received them correctly next day. 2 days before your not so helpful customer services replied to my email. They did give me a return id but stipulations about returns must be received within 14 days. You only just managed that yourself. I will take the hit but won’t use you again
