I was scammed out of $168.00! I ordered four bottles of a specific CBD tincture, but instead received expired and rancid oil that smelled terrible. Although they acknowledged their mistake, they refused to issue a refund and claimed I couldn't return the product either. Now, I have to dispose of it and lose my money due to their negligence. I'm in my sixties and rely on CBD oil for severe back pain. They clearly don't care about their customers' well-being or finances; they just want your money upfront. Their business practices are questionable, and there's no customer service or phone support available. They only communicate via email, leaving us no choice but to share our experiences on social media to warn others. I feel like I've been robbed. Stay far away from this company!
