Max and Alexy came out a few days later.They were both extremely professional, polite, worn shoe covers and were super respectful to my home and property. They did a detailed deep dive into the system and were able to determine that a factory installed part of the system was malfunctioning. They made the part replacement and then spent quite a bit of time to make sure that the system was up and functioning properly.Max and Alexy are great representatives of West Coast. I was very comfortable with both of them in my house and I trusted their diagnosis. I would be happy to have them both here anytime for maintenance or repairs.
