I went in there to get support on something I had purchased for our newborn and waited around for 10 minutes without any assistance. I finally chased down a salesperson, and assumed she would get me the help I asked for.10 minutes later the same salesperson walked past and ignored me 3 times, while another stood on her cell phone for the entire time. I watched the salesperson get verbally assaulted at by whom I assume is the manager.I politely asked the salesperson for help again and the assumed manager rudely told me "You need to be patient." The store wasn't busy and half the staff were standing around.We have spent thousands here, and I've never received such horrible customer service in my entire life.
