I ordered four lupins from this award-winning nursery, described as potted in 9 cm pots. Instead, I received four plug plants in 9 cm pots with dry, loose soil and no root growth beyond the plug. I complained and was advised to plant them, but three have since died. I've received no further responses to my emails. They seem to rely on their reputation. Avoid.
