Very disappointing experience

I had a very disappointing experience ordering from the company as a US customer. The product arrived damaged — the hat was crushed and the ribbon was loose — and the quality was far below my expectations for the price. The major issue, however, was customer service. After the order shipped, I received multiple emails from various addresses using intimidating language regarding a customs charge. The emails suggested that legal action would be taken if payment was not made. This did not align with either the courier’s policies or the company's own stated shipping terms. Despite their claims, I continued to receive unnecessary emails that felt stressful. To clarify, I contacted the courier directly, who confirmed that they would not pursue legal action over a small fee. This confirmed that the claims made in the company's emails were misleading. I ultimately received the product, but based on its condition and the handling of this situation, I would not recommend this company, especially for US or international customers. This was a routine shipping issue that was escalated unnecessarily.
