A Really Disappointing Experience

I'd seen the company on the socials and was really excited to finally place an order but sadly my excitement was short lived. I found the cut and fit of the jacket very poor and as for the 'leather' I actually found myself questioning if indeed it was proper hide and not some kind of synthetic 'pleather'. It had no smell of leather and just didn't feel like leather. I returned for a refund which cost me over £20 to send adequately insured as to be honest I had little trust in the company given the experience. The company don't refund the outbound shipping so in total it cost me £30 to find out that this was an ill-fitting garment of poor quality with questionable material. Their return policy infringes consumer rights too. I am just relieved that I didn't buy a custom version of the jacket as I initially considered given I would have been at even greater loss if returned, which undoubtedly it would have been.
