Poor customer service and communications. Ordered jacket in May. Received email on 21 June 2023 saying order cancelled at my request. I didn't cancel my order so I sent an email querying this matter. Received email 22 June 2023 in which Wested now said THEY cancelled my order because they were not satisfied with the quality of the consignment of leather that had been delivered to them. A disappointing experience especially as the jacket was intended to be a birthday present for myself after a very difficult year.
