After asking for help with sizing in a very explicit email where I said I measured my self but I’m not 100% if the jacket will fit me as I don’t know what pit to pit refers to and attached pictures of one of my jackets as reference with a measurements , I received a very helpful email telling me to follow the size chart and that’s about it . I haven’t even received my jacket but I’ll return it as soon as I do . Guys , when people spend 300-400£ in your shop they expect for everything to go smooth and for the seller to be helpful .Have you guys been in a shop recently? I would suggest you go sometime and get some lessons in customer service . That is no way to manage a business , good luck keeping it .
