I ordered two sets of cyclocross tires online and as soon as I submitted the order, I realized I had made a mistake on one of the sets. I called right away and the employee quickly made the change to my order and I received a confirmation by the end of the call reflecting the correction. It was nice to head this off early so I wouldn't have to deal with returns.
