Had to have some additional work done following the annual service, Harry attended on time and as scheduled, carried out the work and was very professional, ensured we were happy with the completed work. Very friendly and knew exactly what he was doing, as do all the engineers that have visited us, which is very reassuring and we know all the work has been completed to a very high standard.
