Jack took my call and after a short wait on hold was able to arrange an engineer for within the hour on a Saturday. Harry arrived within 25 mins of me making the call. He was polite and quickly ascertained the issue - a faulty photoelectric cell. He fixed the issue and then stayed to make sure the system was working properly before he left.
