Our boiler broke down on Monday 31st March whilst my husband was away and I had my 81 year old mother staying with me. We live in a 300 year old cottage, which can get really cold at night! Western Fuel called and managed to get Harry out that same day! Amazing!Unfortunately I had to go to work that afternoon and had to leave my mother to look after everything.She wanted me to leave feedback on her behalf as she found Harry to be very polite helpful and very informative on his visit and treated her with the utmost respect, Having to leave an 81 year old lady with a 'call out person' could have been very daunting and worrying for her, but she felt very safe at all times and really appreciated Harrys helpfulness.He managed to get a part that was required the following day and all was sorted!! Can't thank Harry and Western Fuels enough...they are very lucky to have such a 'helpful young man'. Please pass our gratitude on to Harry.
