This is the second time I'm using Western health, Izmir. The staff were very helpful from the get go. The staff speak good English so it was easy to understand how my procedure would be carried out. Inayda was marvellous and I felt so relaxed with her guidance and support. The transfers were organised so well and the hotel accommodation was quite good as well. It was hard to get a hold of upper management regarding some questions I had. I guess they were too busy for me. Plus the hospital where I was booked for the night following my procedure turned out to be not so great despite the stunning views from each room. My hospital room was changed twice during the night, the first time because they did not have curtains on the windows and the second time because the buzzer wasn't working. After my procedure I remember coming to and was very cold. I was shivering but the nurses did not give me an extra blanket. this was very disappointing especially since I had travelled alone and was relying on the hired help. The hospital where I had performed my first procedure had been much much better with professional nurses. My procedure was done very well, Dr. Erdalgul is a sculptor extraordinaire. His work speaks for itself. I am so happy with the end result and of course his expertise and all information provided prior to the procedure. All my questions were answered and all my doubts laid to rest. All in all I loved my trip and experience. Absolutely love the Turkish people who were so good to me throughout my stay.
