I have just come back from my first visit to Western health clinic. This was my first time abroad for seventeen years so I was quite apprehensive. I went for dental treatment and have to go back in a few months. Upon arrival we were met at the airport and taken to a lovely hotel called the kordon. Very nice hotel. Once settled in I was picked up and taken for xrays and examination at clinic. Then back to hotel and given next two days to explore city. On treatment day I was taken to clinic and had extractions and implants done. Absolutely no pain from start to finish. The dentist and staff are very good at their job and make you feel comfortable. from the start of booking and all through to my first visit the communication has been first class and you are made to feel very comfortable. My first point of communication was a wonderful lady called Tugce who is still in contact and helping with my next visit. This woman is fantastically helpful. The clinical staff are brilliant, they explain everything and put you at ease. Spotlessly clean inside. My patient coordinator ilayda is lovely lady and very helpful, polite and spoke perfect English. Unfortunately she couldn't make my second appointment but another member of staff called Irem came to take over. The Turkish people are very very polite and can't do enough for you. What an unbelievable experience from a man who is petrified of the dentist. I genuinely can't wait to go back and finish my treatment. Out of 5 stars I would give 6 stars, they are that good.Look out for my next review in a few months. I would recommend western health to anyone and already have. You will not have a better experience in a dentist chair
