When I first reached out via Instagram I was a little hesitant to take the leap. After speaking on the phone with Ilayda she had put my mind at ease and I decided to pay my deposit. From a few days before my flight to the time I arrived home Ilayda was there whenever I needed her. Answering questions, providing support and reassurance. The dental practice itself could not have been more professional, they explained what they were going to do, what potential risks there were and how the procedure would work. The processes was predominantly pain free apart from discomfort after teeth were removed and some sensitivity after fitting but this would be the case wherever the work was done. I felt like the whole team had my best interest at heart especially when they returned the new crowns twice to the lab for minor adjustments that I couldn't even notice! Their attention to detail and patient care was exceptional and I would recommend the process to anyone. My mouth not only looks great but I can eat without discomfort and smile with confidence.
