Our first contact with Western Health was Gemma. She guided us through our options in plain English and helped us with every step towards the booking of our treatment. She was really helpful and made the process easy for us. Down to VIP transfer from the airport to the hotel which Gemma had booked and paid for as part of our package, the trip was effortless. Our contact in Izmir was Ilayda and she helped us by providing transport between the hotel and the clinic each day, answering all our questions and liaising with the clinical staff to ensure everyone understood every part of our treatment plan from design consultation to final fitting. She was so helpful and really personable with a very good command of English. My Husband was booked in for a full treatment of 24 zirconia crowns, whilst I needed some preliminary work to set 2 implants. I will be re-visiting in 3 months to have my 24 zirconia crowns fitted. The procedure for me was very quick and painless. My husbands procedure took 2.5 hours on the first day, including impressions, x-rays, major works on all teeth to prepare for the crowns and temporary teeth until the finished crowns were ready for fitting the following day. Dr Salim was so professional, skilful and caring. There was no pain or real discomfort during the whole process. The dental nurses and assistants were equally careful and professional and worked hard to complement Dr Salim's work. My husbands resulting smile is perfect. It looks completely natural and feels comfortable whilst biting and chewing food. What more could we want. I'm looking forward to my next trip, to have my crowns fitted. Our thanks to the whole team for their professionalism, care and skill. We will not hesitate to recommend this clinic for anyone requiring any kind of dental work.
