Like everybody else looking for a dental procedure abroad, I was dubious, with there being so many companies offering the same thing, I was worried about the quality of work I would receive, especially as I'm from the uk, so going back to have any work re-done wouldn't be an option.Reading through all the amazing reviews Wester Health had, I messaged them on whatsapp, my request for information was answered quickly by Gemma, who provided me with everything I wanted to know, price's, timescale etc. We messaged for a couple of day's and I decided Western Health would be the place for me.I've always had a phobia of dentist's, bad. So doing this was a big thing for me. Anyway, turned out to be as good as all the reviews said it was, actually better.Just before flying out, ilayda Caner contacted me explaining she would be my personal representative throughout my stay.I was picked up at the airport by one of their drivers, who was waiting outside my arrival terminal, I was allocated the Izmir Palas Hotel, which is a 4* with Breakfast included, which turned out to be a lovely hotel. All the while ilayda had told me to message her at any time with any questions I had or any help I needed while I were there, offering to help with any other arrangements including transport around the city, places to eat & drink while we were over there. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for her, so friendly & helpful, making my daughter and myself feel so welcome.I was picked up from our hotel for every appointment I needed to attend at the clinic by iLayda in a taxi which are all paid for by the company, after the appointments ilayda would then take us to places we needed to go, by taxi again before dropping us back off at our hotel.This was an amazing experience which was made so much nicer knowing we had ilayda at the other end of the phone all the way through.I had 22 Zirconium Crowns fitted, and the preparation work was PAINLESS !!! I did not feel a single bit of pain all the way through, NOTHING.My new teeth look amazing, honestly I am so glad I went through with this, through Western Health-Turkey, I definitely chose the right company for the work.If you are in any doubt about getting dental work done in Izmir, you really do need to consider this company, their communication, Professionalism, and prices are, IMO, the best available, and I cannot thank my Personal Rep, ilayda Caner enough for making our stay & my whole experience such an enjoyable one.Thank you ilayda, Mehmet & all the team at Western Health.All the very best 🙏🙏
