After months of researching and liaising with Western Health, I, thankfully, made my choice to have my teeth done with them.I can honestly say, from the moment the first message sent, until the end of my trip and treatment, their customer service was absolutely on point.The team at the dental practice are all amazing. I was made to feel so welcome and relaxed as soon as I entered the clinic.The clinic itself was immaculately clean. The treatment rooms played relaxing videos and music to help you relax more.The treatment itself was, by far, the best thing I have done. Visit 1: work is carried out on your teeth and you are measured for teeth and a temporary smile is fitted. Visit 2: you see your new teeth in place. Now, this part is where I was blown away, on receiving the new teeth and thinking how perfect they were, the dentist didn’t think they were perfect so he sent them back for minor adjustments. Visit 3: new teeth in place with after care given.What made my visit incredible was the rep allocated to me, ~Ilayda Caner. This girl has the most amazing knowledge of your treatment plan and the country in general. She arranged everything, the accommodation at Ege Palace, the transfers to and from airport and all of your dental appointments. Every day she contacts you whilst you are there to ensure you are keeping ok and are comfortable enough in the hotel.~Ilayda also went above and beyond to organise other excursions out with my dental work. Her English is fantastic and her rapport with the dental team is so encouraging.She is the friendliest, most caring and beautiful person I have come across. This girl deserves a medal, she is an absolute star.Please do not doubt booking with this company and if you do please ask for ~Ilayda as she is honestly amazing to deal with. I am already looking at what else I should have done to return next year.Thanks again team, you have made me so happy and my confidence is back again
