My experience was top-notch, from start-to-finish. It started with first being contacted by Alina one month prior to the operation. She did a wonderful job of explaining to me what steps needed to be done prior to my flight, answering all of my questions, and overall making me feel very comfortable with the process. Then, upon arriving in Turkey, I was picked up by a friendly driver who took me to my hotel (a fine one at that). I was then contacted by Nyssa, who did a wonderful job of explaining to me all the steps I needed to follow leading up to my operation, during my operation, after my operation, and continuing to be a reliable source of information and advice even weeks after the operation has been performed. All while remaining extremely friendly and hospitable at the same time. Overall, I could not have been more impressed with the hospitality that was shown to me by Western Health.
