My friend and I approached Western Health for two different procedures and from the off the service that he and I experienced was excellent! From initially talking to Ezgi and the efforts that she'd gone to. She dealt with all our questions and anxieties brilliantly and it really felt like she couldn't do enough for you.The the airport transfers, the hotel accommodation and the staff, all efficient and provided good service. 👏🏻Brie, our assigned agent, was brilliant! Good communication, with good English skills. She's friendly, caring, supportive and considerate and also very informative. She constantly kept us updated and was always available to chat. Brie was the friend we needed. 😌Our resident "driver" was very friendly and smiley and ALWAYS punctual and on time, if not early most of the time. But certainly NEVER late! The roads are nuts, but we didn't ever feel unsafe with him.My friend's treatment was at Wise & Smile dental clinic where he had crowns, and mine at a hospital where i had liposuction and required an over night stay. The individual venues where we both received our treatments were pristine and well kept. Wise & Smile in particular was lovely! 🪩I was apprehensive about being alone for 2 days and 1 night in a hospital in a different country on my own, but I have to say having had private treatment in the UK, the hospital, staff and facilities were certainly on a par/equal to the experience I'd previously had in the UK. I was checked every hour and constantly had my fluids and medication maintained. I was also provided with a breakfast at the hospital. My surgery aftercare was superb.Whilst the procedure I had won't show the benefits or any dramatic results until at least three months, so I'm told, my surgeon and her team were wonderful and very tentative. I felt very looked after and valued. 🫶🏻My friend's results are fantastic, his teeth look genuinely great! As lifelong friends it's wonderful to see the impact it's had on him and the increase to his self esteem and self confidence. 😁I couldn't have asked for any more from the overall experience we have had with Western Health, so thank you to all the team that helped us to achieve our goals. 👏🏻I would certainly recommend them and the treatments to others. 🗣️
