If you’re travelling from the UK, and are unfamiliar with Turkey, don’t think for one second that you have journeyed there to receive your treatment on the cheap. The standard of dentistry is on a par, if not better in many cases than at home. We have become too accepting of the legalised robbery we are forced to endure in the British isles. In Turkey the prices are fair and not overly inflated using the same techniques, the same choice of implants, and equal expertise.Izmir is a colossal place. The people are intelligent and educated. I stayed at the Kordon Hotel on both my trips. It’s a lovely comfortable place to stay. The staff are effortlessly polite, and deal with any issues immediately. I actually insisted on staying there on my second visit. My initial contact with Western Health was Tugce, and from the first day to last day, she has been outstanding. She has eased my every concern, and ensured the smoothest possible path to achieving the results I hoped for. Even on occasions when I have to admit, I have been difficult to deal with. Communication from her is excellent and constant, responding almost immediately to my messages even on occasions when I know she must be out of working hours. Even though has many people to accommodate, she makes it seem as if you are her only concern. She is a credit to the company. Thank you again TugceXHaving suffered for many years with dental problems, I did not cope too well with the initial surgery and was very stressed out by the end of it. It will of course be a different experience for each individual. This is when Ilayda took over. The care and genuine empathy I received from her was heartwarming and very much needed at the time. She is more than just a people person, she is very special indeed. With a masters degree and a wonderful sense of humour, time spent in her company was a real pleasure. Measuring, marking, adjusting over and over until he was satisfied. The results are simply amazing. If you’re reading this, then you probably already know how it is not to be able to eat and enjoy the foods you love, and how you perceive yourself visually, and socially.All that becomes the past the second you look in the mirror. You will never be the same person again.
