Absolutely disgusting customer service.
We are econoflex passengers, trying to change our return flight to what turns out is a way cheaper return flight than is on their website. However they are adamant there is a fare difference.
We just need to change the flight so reluctantly agreed to pay and then they couldn't even send us a payment link in the end due to system errors. They said we have to call but we have a UK sim and are in canada so we literally cannot find a way to call without it costing us loads, and Skype app is no longer available to do such a thing.
We tried again today and they are now trying to charge us even more money to make the change. Again, reluctantly we go to pay - they can now send payment links but every card me and my partner have tried (5 of them) we get an error message.
Out of stress I then tried calling to speak to an actual human and they had me on hold for 10 minutes with me being charged £3ph - it's just ridiculous and apparently there is no one of authority to have empathy and override any charges or help us with our distress.
Don't ever fly with them. It will just cause you stress
