Many problems going on. Our gas supply was disconnected last year Jan’25, everything running by new electric system, water and heating. Heating made me quite sick when I started using it so had to stop using it. No central heating now for me. Council has been informed but so far not heard anything. The boiler has been breaking down every short while so no constant hot water. Reported problem to council, last time took four days and several phone calls before it got fixed. The company called GEM is responsible for the new system. Again I am waiting for boiler to be sorted out, I have no hot water since Thursday 5th Mar’26. Have phoned and sent emails but still no response. This is appalling. The council staff are not quite performing their duties.
