New chester drawers costing £165.00, let alone the cost of bedding and new mattress £218.00 all replaced due the recent damp and mould. If someone can kindly let me know ASAP when the hole in the wall will be repaired that will great! If the siuation is left to het worse or l am going to be ignored while you continue to take £708.00 per month rent. I will need to seek legal advice, and in the meantime pray the flying ants and ants don't get the chance to destroy my new furniture. Let me know if you prefer me to leave you alone and just share this with a solicitor or/ and media, or both with pictures of the hole form outside.The surveyor has already attend the property so we don't need to repeat the exercise!!! Move forward, move on and get the issue sorted. Let me know as Landlords that you are not interested or haven't bothered to move forward with this issue.
