I have been trying to renew my residence parking permit for over 1 month via their website. After 4 attempts I called "Lucy" on the helpdesk who told me that this was due to faulty software and wait a week for the defective software to be fixed.I have now made 9 attempts to renew my parking permit, over 5 weeks, and spoken to their helpdesk 3 times ("Lucy"; "Richard"; "Matthew"). Each time I have had to wait a considerable time before the call is actually answered and been told this is a problem with the software that would be fixed within a week. But it never is.I have also requested an escalation and a callback. But nobody called me back.My existing parking permit has now expired and (surprise, surprise) the website isn't working and nobody answers the phone on the helpdesk.Unbelievable! Are Westminster Council capable of renewing a parking permit, or is that too complicated for them??
