Since when has it been ok for a council to force you into staying in a home when you have been given enough time to vacate and the landlord has now gone and got a court eviction and then to top it all off they now say to stay until bailiffs remove you?? Westminster council no wonder why landlords don’t want applicants on benefits if this is the extremely poor advice you give your citizens! Makes me feel sorry for the landlord as he is being nice, calm and polite yet the council are in a “can’t be assed” mindset!
