Westminster Council do diddly squat to help us, i’ve been experiencing antisocial behaviour from my neighbour for 20 years.The smell is repulsive, The police have been round previously and broken in thinking that she was dead inside because the smell was so bad, Can you just imagine how bad that smell must’ve been?The problem is the housing association does nothing and the council. It’s Catch22 the only way out is committing suicide.I now have a terrible back condition slipped disk, I have to be removed from this property and relocated, but still the council are doing nothing regarding this issue too.Am I living poverty , Most extremely!People take for granted opening their windows , To get fresh air! I can’t open my windows for the stink comes up my stairs into My Home so much more. I live at the top so I get a lot of everyone smells, My other neighbours are professional and decent people, Clean and well-behaved! This antisocial behaviour isn’t just from the Smell. She’s also behaved very badly in this property over the years.. I’ve lived in this home for 30 years and experience antisocial behaviour from her for 20.I really don’t believe this will stop unless I am my life because this council will do nothing!!!!The truth is, she’s causing this Smell to get attention purposely, When the police went into her home, they noticed all her clothes were in plastic bags with zips airtight!It’s plain to see she’s doing this purposely to cause discomfort and it’s her own way of shouting out for help? so why aren’t you helping her Westminster Council from her antisocial behaviour? She’s causing misery to everybody around her!
