I ordered a green vest in size medium (based on their suggestion to size up one size). I received a very nice mustard colored vest in size XL. When I politely pointed out their mistake, they offered to give me 40% off on another purchase and allowed me to keep the gigantic vest. They said I could return it, but I would have to pay a very expensive shipping charge. It will be cheaper and more guaranteed if I keep the mammoth vest and have it tailored to fit me rather than using the 40% off to hope I get the right vest. This company is NOT customer-friendly. There is no chance I will ever order from them again, nor should anyone else. Buyer beware!I need to update and be fair. I changed my stars from one to three. After I wrote this review, I sent one more email to the company, explaining the unfairness of their policy, and they gave me 100% store credit. That still isn't a refund, but it is an even exchange, IF I get the right size this time. And I don't have to return the original gigantic vest.One shouldn't need to be so pushy to get fair treatment, but ultimately they appear to be trying to come through.
