What a failed, horrific company. I called Westward 360 and complained that a neighbor was constantly blasting music in his backyard, with the bass vibrating our walls and floor, which is on a concrete slab. I also called the sheriff's department, who went to the neighbor's house and issued them a warning.I later received a letter from Westward stating they received a complaint about me playing loud music in violation of some article. This useless HOA mistook me for the violator when I am the one who filed the complaint. I responded to their letter explaining their mistake and requested an apology and for them to remove any notes in my file claiming I violated anything. If they fail to respond, I will complain to the Attorney General's office. What a useless, careless, greedy company. AVOID AT ALL COST!
