I was charged a lease administration fee of $175 on my unit which is leased, no such fee is in the HOA house rules.It is their job to manage the building on behalf of the HOA, I have no contract with them nor did I ask for any service, It is not the function of Westward360 to dream up and apply fake fees, They took money without my authority under the guise of a fee, a month later after I raise a storm I get an email saying this fee will be charged...as if a message from them after the fact provides some authority, they don't get it, they cannot charge me or anybody else anything....ever
