W360 is underwhelming at bestThey outsource almost all work - this means that you will probably have to deal with someone reading a script (who has their hands tied on almost any task) in the Philippines.They charge VERY high fees for little to no work on mundane administrative tasks - they charged me over $575 when I rented out my unit - even though they had no involvement in ANY of the process. Another instance was for them to fill out a form when I was getting my unit refinanced: they had a 3rd party company fill out the documentation with info that they manage - and I had to pay $535 for this.They use automations to deal with most coms, which can be ok if done right - but their automations are generic and don't help solve any issues.I asked for a copy of the contract with my HOA, after a month of back and forwards, they provided me the original contract from 2014 - nothing else.Every interaction I've had with them has been a struggle and usually results in NOT getting what I'm requesting.Additionally, on a bigger scale, they have let fire safety standards fall behind by 2+ years for our condo association.IMHO, this company should be red listed because they have cut so many costs on people in order to pad their bottom line - that the service is sub standard.
