To the buyer BEWARE!

We called our property manager (Alicia Smith) at Westward360. We explained two issues to the gatekeeper since our property manager was not available to take our call. One involved a violation of the city ordinance and federal regulations concerning mail delivery; the other was a violation of the rules and declaration of our association.We explained in detail what had transpired and even provided a picture. We were informed that either she or her assistant would return the phone call within 24 hours. As the weeks go by, we are still waiting for her response.Because of her ineptitude, we took matters into our own hands by not only calling the police but also informing the Board President on these issues that the property manager did not proactively address.As a result, the police delivered an ultimatum to the homeowner which was immediately acted upon, and the Association Board has been apprised of this dereliction of her duties.To date, we have yet to have this continuing violation addressed by our property manager.
