Absolutely horrific and immoral company. They flagrantly ignore and violate the law. They charge fees that they bury in their contracts and even if you read closely, they refuse to answer clarifying questions about. It's impossible to actually get in touch with a property manager. Instead, you either get auto-responses from chatbots or talk to customer agents in the Philippines who have no idea what's going on, are unfamiliar with the local laws and requirements, and not authorized to do anything to solve your problem. No shade to the people in the Philippines but the business model is nonsensical since property management should inherently be a local, on-the-ground service. If you're a landlord, an HOA board, or a prospective tenant, STAY AWAY! If you're an HOA and your property management company is acquired by Westward, fire and replace them immediately! Don't make the mistake of waiting to see how it works out.
