We ordered a sofa from Westwing over two months ago, for a considerable amount of money, and it still hasn’t arrived. What’s even more unacceptable is the complete lack of communication from the company.We have tried multiple times to contact them by phone and email, but received no response. Their customer service is non-existent, if not outright disrespectful. No follow-up, no replies, no regard for the customer.This is truly a disgrace. We deeply regret our purchase and strongly advise against buying from Westwing if you’re looking for a reliable and professional service.
