They sent a product which clearly was not working, took 2 weeks of replying emails asking for more and more information, and a lot of phone calls till they agreed that they would manage the change. After this, they they decided that they could not replace the item since "there were no units available". In the meantime they just opened a new sale for the same product. Finally, they agreed to reimburse but did not return either the full price of the item or the shipping cost. A total waste of time and money, no matter how pretty the photos may be. Never trust them again!
