We bought for the first time from your website and unfortunately we had a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.Even though the customer service was quite polite, they HAVE NOT sort out the issue. We still awaiting for the rest of our chairs to arrive. It came only the legs of the chairs (also missing screws).We still awaiting to receive it (we have an e-mail from customer service saying that we will receive it at the same day or next), and it has been 4 days that we are at home just waiting for the rest of our chairs and NOTHING. Lots of emails back and forward and phone calls and NO PRODUCT.VERY DISAPPOINTED. The only tool we have to show and fight against bad service is sharing our experience on internet to avoid that other people go through this BAD EXPERIENCE like us. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!
