We are really disappointed with Westwing, its products and messaging.First at all they send us a sofa of a high sum of money very badly made, of bad quality and then of course it's cost less than we have paid. Then they offer us to withdraw it, to replace it or to reward us with a voucher of a ridiculous amount...without much choice and with much resignation we took that voucher. Next product a coffee table that never came to bring home, because nobody took it to its destination, SEUR is the company with which Westwing works, the worst one, we never received it. Horrible!!Finally we tried to use the voucher by putting part of the cost from our pocket, due the bonus for the sofa was so LOW...absolutely ridiculous and the prices in westwing are so HIGH, we had to just take a table, because final arrives with a corner crushed and they try to hide putting paint on it! How embarrassing!!! Please, let me know...are you kidding me?In addition they treat you as if you were silly, after three times in a row they have screwed up...they act as if nothing had happened, and they try to compensate you with foolishness, they don't even apologize. What are you going with this superiority? In a year Westwing has changed a lot but for the worse.So please, what are these people doing?I hope you solve this situation quickly and in the best way and not with misery, I believe that the web does not sell bargains but rather it is quite expensive and well above the price it actually costs.Please, I hope you get up and start doing things right, and don't try to charge more than the things that are produced in very poor and needy countries. I think that you would have to do an inspection to see what is happening behind all of this! Nothing of what has happened makes sense.
