I felt the outcome of my project was quite strong, and the book appears quite polished and the editing has definitely enhanced its quality. Still, there were a few instances where I felt there were indeed a communication lags and I was rather sitting idle for updates I was pleased with the team's responsiveness when I reached out, but I would rather have had scheduled updates. I would like to, point out however that it is certainly a lapse the quality of work the team put in. In particular the design of the cover was praised by a number of my initial readers and I must say, I take great joy in the fact that the work is complete. The experience would have been perfect had there been better communication.
