We have been working with this company for two years, and out of nowhere, they informed us that they would no longer work with us. On top of that, they put our money on hold without any explanation. They are not responding to my messages, and there is no way to contact them by phone. Their lack of communication and transparency is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. This situation has put us in a very difficult position, as we need those funds to pay for our services. Freezing our money without any clarification is completely unacceptable.
