I agree that when you order the service is very quick and efficient. But like many other companies they are not so good when things go wrong.I made an order and when it arrived the packaging was damaged and 2 x paddles had fallen out.I sent photos and ring doorbell footage clearly showing this.Emails not usually answered so I had to keep calling them.They said it was priority but I am still waiting. Not knowing what is actually happening due to lack of communication. A true mark of the company is how issues are dealt with not just how quick and efficient orders are if all goes well.Anyway got a kayak with no paddles now
