AVOID AVOID AVOID - Door was installed on the 01st of July 2022. It looked good and the fitters were professional. After a few weeks the door was catching, took multiple calls and eventually they sent a team out to resolve it. The engineers tried to blame it on the weather, however it is definitely the catch. Give it a few weeks and the same issue occurred. This time the engineers suggested a waste of a call out and that I should just continue fixing it. March 2023 and the door has persistently had the same issue, now it also allows water into it. After multiple calls and chasers they finally had the parts to replace the window. However they ordered the wrong glass so had to wait until that arrived. As I wasn't in the catchment area the engineers would only call if they were on route. I kept telling them that I couldn't do certain days of the week, they then arranged it for one of those days. I refused that date and stated you need to work around me, after already taking three occasions out of work to resolve the engineer visits and the original fitment. Again, I got told I can't give you a date. Asked for the owner/ director of the company to call me back and never had the phone call.Now escalated with Certass to ensure it is put right.During the whole time, the service manager Andy made multiple excuses about it which strictly was not good enough.Please do avoid this company, especially if it is not fitted correctly and I presume if you are not within a mile radius of the company to have a call out. If you can't repair the door, don't offer it especially if you can't service it.
