I have been playing at this casino for about 4 years. Until recently it was one of the most trusted crypto casinos in my experience, especially because it operated without KYC.
However, when I attempted to withdraw $36,128, the casino suddenly changed its policy and required full KYC verification without any prior notice to players.
I fully cooperated and submitted everything they requested: passport, selfie verification, video verification, proof of address, bank documents, proof of wallet ownership, and crypto purchase receipts.
Support told me the verification would take up to 72 hours.
It has now been more than a week and there is still no response. Support has stopped replying to my messages.
While researching the issue, I discovered many similar complaints from other players. In one case, a player from my city reportedly has $440,000 locked on the platform under a different excuse, but with the same outcome - no response.
At this point I am very concerned that withdrawals are being intentionally delayed. I have full documentation of everything including screenshots and chat logs.
I hope the casino resolves this situation, but until then I strongly advise players to be careful.
